Ok, so roughly two weeks has gone by since my last post. A little update on me...so I lost approximately 4.2 weeks with the last two weeks and then last night was my weigh in night and I am up 1.3 lbs. WTF? Disappointed that I gained, but then again I have been doing everything right. I may be just be having an off week unfortunately.
Tried the first day of my C25k program and it wasn't too too bad. Yes, my chest felt like it was going to cave in and my legs felt like they were going to fall off...but I managed to get through the 20 minutes. I feel great... but still recovering today from it! I guess that is why they give you the day in between? Well tonight I am hoping to stick with my plans of going to the gym and either just doing the treadmill or some weights. Also, trying to get the hubby to join me! :-)
Maybe, just maybe, I have to look at this as a monthly progress instead of week by week. I still am keeping the motivation alive and not trying to get discouraged.

Anyway, today is a new day!! That's my motto! If I keep up with what I am doing it will pay off in the long run. :-)
